John has over 15 years experience in web design and database web programming. Prior to his founding of our company in 1999, he worked for 20 years in senior management for a large public textile/apparel company. This broad base of management and technical experience gives him a unique ability to understand the communication needs of our clients.

Jay has over 6 years of experience in the graphic design field 3 as a programmer. Prior to joining up with CWS, Jay was a freelance designer and worked with other web development companies, print shops, and magazines. All the while, he was also picking up freelance work from CWS which led to a permanent position as our designer and basic programmer.
